Its hard for me, I cant blame it over stress but sometimes all it takes is just a stupid insignifficant comment and I will be set off. I am not saying in a crazy way. But I will begin to say hurtfull things to that person. Who ever it may be. Freinds and Family. Its funny how we are good at solving other peoples problems but when it comes to our own we are kinda lost.

Whenever you feel yourself boiling over, make the conscious effort to tell yourself to stop, take a few deep breaths, and count to 12. This allows you a window for the impulse to lash out to subside, so you get a clearer mind about whether the situation really calls for you losing your temper, or can be resolved in more peaceful manners. If you find it hard to let go of negative emotions and thoughts, try diverting them from people you love to a book or piece of paper by writing them down instead.
If you feel that you still can't control your anger from spinning out of control, it may be a good idea to go for anger management counselling with a certified counsellor or Psychologist.
Good luck.

You just have to learn as you get older. You can choose to continue like that or to be a better person. You will grow up(hopefully) and realize it's just not worth it. Good luck.
