No. There are STDs that can be contracted through the skin. You have to be extremely careful. Especially today. I know this woman who has syphilis in her mouth and throat. Allowing her to kiss you on the cheek is risky. With STDs, you have to worry about body fluid, sweat, open pores. For most the risk are low, but you do have to worry about your own immune system at the time, are you just getting over a cold, or some other sickness. I found this out from my Doctor after this very woman exposed my daughter to tuberculosis. You made one mistake. I hope you are alright, but don't allow yourself to be pressured. Stay safe. One risky moment could deliver you bad health and shorten your life.
Again, stay safe.

i think condoms are only for protection of not getting pregnant. Don't count on it that a condom will protect the girl from your stds. Get yourself treated before having sex again or you might involunteeringly get the girl infected with it

Yes, but if the STD is also on other sections of the mans genitals like his testes, it can still get on the female. ALso, sometimes condoms can break.
So, yes, but there's still a chance she might get it.
also, Lexa L is totally wrong: "i think condoms are only for protection of not getting pregnant"
they also protect from STDS

It would help to prevent it, but is not guaranteed...nor does a condom justify why the "guy" is sleeping with others when he knows that he has an STD.

Yes and No. It can help in some way, but if the guy has herpes or warts on his testicles then yes she could get it! Be careful. But if it is gonorrhea or chlamydia then no, condom can prevent that, if used properly.
