They're two German Shepards that like to bark at all hours of the night. Yesterday, they broke through the neighbor's fence and were running all around our yard, banging against our windows, and growling at us. We were trapped inside for the whole day. This guy shouldn't even be allowed to have animals. An old dog of his had attacked someone in the neighborhood. Is there anything my family can do before something more serious happens?

Is this because the weather in the UK is so miserable most of the time, people think higher temperatures and less rain would be great. I haven't talked to my parents in 10 months due to a falling out. They think I'm selfish and apathetic about family issue, and in part they are correct, however, I am who I am and that's the way it is. The thing is, since the fallout, I've never had more time to myself and I absolutely love not having to go to all the family functions. I answer to no one and am not responsible for anyone. I am a single mail in my late 20s. I know if I reconcile with them, it may be good for a while, but eventually we will go back to having the same problems. I can't, nor do I want to, change who I am. I just feel bad because they were very good parents growing up and treated me well. But I also feel fury when I think about what jerks my mother and father can be. I don't know what to do. Any ideas?

Umm, last week (saturday) around 11.00pm someone came to the kitchen window and set off fire crackers and smashed the window.. and Im still a bit scared incase this person comes back, and I need help on me trying to get to sleep really quickly and having a good night sleep.
