This verse seems to only mention the Father and the Son.
You know that the Holy Spirit is also God
Even though they are three distinct persons, together they are one is heart and purpose. Their goal is the same to restore Eden
John 17 Jesus prays that we would be one with Him just as He is One with the Father

There is only One God as stated in the Qur'an Chapter 112, Verses 1-4 (Surah Al Ikhlas)

"Qul Huwal Allahu Ahad
Allahu Samad
Lam ya lid wa lam yu lad
Wa lam yakun lahu kufu wan ahad"

"Say: He is Allah, the One and Only
Allah, the Self Sufficient Master, Absolute and Eternal
He begets not, nor was He begotten
And there is none co-equal nor comparible to him"

There is only one God and his name is Allah in Islam. If there were two or more gods they would one time get mad or disagree with each other and every god would have took away everything they have created. It doesn't matter
