i bought the ipod an it was turning on adn off sometimes. i put about 170 songs from itunes( with the little album pics from files in my computer)and it worked ok.the next day i was listening to this song and it froze, i pressed menu like3 times and waited 30 seconds. it whent to the other menu and then it froze again and it shut off. i turned on again ant the little back apple icon showed and then the unhappy face that said to visit apple.com/support/ipod. and while this is happening it makes wierd noises inside and it clicks. it feels like something is moving inside. pleas help!!!!!!!!!1 Do you think i can exchange it for another one at walmart? puchased like 5 days ago?

i am really fed up of my dry curly and rough hairand also terrible hair fall.i used many shampoos and conditioners but in vain.finally i have done off my hair completely and now i am getting new hair.how can i get smooth good hair which is soft ,healthy and strong?please suggest some means for me to get good glowing long healthy black hair?i have really great passion for good hair.i dream for good hair in fact.please help me out with good advice.thank you

So far in the Finals Johnson is out coaching Riley. Johnson has showed that he is capable of using his bench and making them versatile on defense and offense. Miami is a very talented team as well versatile but so far Riley hasn't really adjusted to Johnson's approach and lineups. Is it me or Riley seems stubborn in these Finals believing that Shaq and Wade can do it all themselves. In game 2 Riley commented that he wants to go deeper into his bench and it seemed he didn't even look down there at Derek or Shandon or even Kapono who is a good shooter as well Doleac. I think he's a stubborn old coach. What's your take on Riley?

One of my closest friends has a boyfriend of 3 years, but they live about 1.5 hours away. I'm interested in one of our mutual friends (he just so happens to be my best friend) but everytime that she is around with us, she is so flirtacious with him and all other guys, it's like she has to be next to them. If I didn't know her, I would have never guessed that she has a boyfriend. I am not a competitive person but she does this to everyone. Should I say something or "get in the race" so to speak?
