i bought the ipod an it was turning on adn off sometimes. i put about 170 songs from itunes( with the little album pics from files in my computer)and it worked ok.the next day i was listening to this song and it froze, i pressed menu like3 times and waited 30 seconds. it whent to the other menu and then it froze again and it shut off. i turned on again ant the little back apple icon showed and then the unhappy face that said to visit apple.com/support/ipod. and while this is happening it makes wierd noises inside and it clicks. it feels like something is moving inside. pleas help!!!!!!!!!1 Do you think i can exchange it for another one at walmart? puchased like 5 days ago?

Hard drive is ******, if Wal-Mart doesn't replace it you have an Apple warranty that will.

You can try at wal-mart since you bought it recently but if you call the Apple support line they should help you. If you're hearing that click noise it probably means your hard drive on the iPod isn't working. I've had that problem several times and it isn't anything you've done wrong (that doesn't happen because you drop it) necessarily, it just happens.

It sounds like you dropped it.
You might be able to return it but they will probably think you did something to it.
Try going to the Apple support place.
I'm sorry to hear it broke, those things are expensive.

nope... the probleme is your fault, you downloaded a currupt file(song), contact the support people and get them to tell you how to fix it.
