1) USA vs Russia... USA
2) Japan vs Iran ....Japan
3) China vs India... China
4) Pakistan vs Iran ..... Iran
5) Italy vs Mongolia..... Italy

US versus Russia - Short term - no one - they would nuke each other. Long term if they survived the US is better organized, its military is in better shape and it has more resources, so it would win. I don't think it could get that far, though.
Japan bersus Iran - Japan, until ran gets the bomb
China versus India - China. They already won once. Both China and India have the bomb though, so like the US and Russia, I think they would just destroy each other before it got to the point og better strategy
Italy versus Mongolia - Italy. More soldiers, more transport, more weapons, more resources, more allies.
