I am depressed because I am stressed out. I feel like I am using this site right now to get away from my stresses and everything (money, moving, classes, work, etc). It is making things worse but I just want to escape and stop worrying. What should I do?

It's best to write down how you feel. I have a problem with worrying too much about stupid things and it sometimes stresses me out. If you write down how you feel in a journal or just write down how your day went, it helps. If you ever need to talk you can send me an email and I would listen and give you my advice. Death is never an option although times may seem rough there is always sunshine at the end of darkness.

If you ever feel that no one understands and there is no one to talk to there is always someone.

Realize that nothing lasts forever. Things will change with time. Take three, 10 minute breaks a day, even if you have to lock yourself in the bathroom. Use that time to relax and clear your mind. Don't think about your problems then.

I do feel sorry for you because I get the same way.
my excuse is because I am single I have to do everything myself so I really need my downtime.
and I use cigarettes to help me concentrate.
all I can suggest is to have more of money in the bank and less of material possessions, and a partner to share the load.

hey cheer up kiddo! things could be a whole lot worse.so you want to chill out for a while? start by running a nice warm bubble bath then light some candles put on some relaxing music turn off your phone,computer,and any other destractions then just kick back and enjoy!!! hope this helps.

The best thing is to smoke a joint and get high. This will relax you and give you a whole new look on life. Try it!

FIRST-NEVER RESORT TO DRUGS-LEGAL OR NOT. I LIVE IN A WORLD OF CHAOS (LITERALLY) AND I MANAGE TO DEAL WITH SIMPLY THINKING OF HOW BAD IT WOULD BE. ALSO I AM NOT SOME RELIGIOUS FREAK BUT I BOUGHT A BIBLE CALLED "EXTREME TEEN" (BECAUSE A REGULAR BIBLE IS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES TO MOST!) AND I'VE BEEN READING IT LATELY AND I THINK IT ANSWERS A LOT OF MY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHY AND WHAT TO DO WITH MY EVER SO CRAZY LIFE. HOPE I COULD HELP.
