wt is d cost of cosmetic surgery..to avoid scares under eyes .. n old black marks of pimples...i ask a surgen he told me 30000/-- is thr any skin spl..or cosmetic surgen?

Not knowing your age, but realizing you need some skin knowledge, I must send you to a "skin Medical Doctor" in your area. You will find all the MD's of this type are extrremely busy because most folks have your problem(s). They are the type of doctors who will expect to be seeing you rather often over the years--just for your skin problems--and you will be waiting in their offices, along with a lot of other folks, for some time until your turn comes up most likely. At least that is the way it is for me. So go see your local dermatoligist surgeon. It won't be expensive.
