How does the law compute the dollar amount awarded in a civil suit ? What can be attached to meet the amount awarded, i.e. tax return,SS,home, land...etc. Is there anything that cannot be accounted for and if so what and why? In relations to a civil suit how does the court of appeals work in regards this type of suit? Are there any websites or good legal online referrence info further on this subject that you recommend? Any reccomendations for a North East Florida Civil attorney s for a civil case of damages for 2 minor children sexually abused by father,stepfather time period 5 years. Alright so I bought a used mac g3 clamshell laptop from a friend and a few months ago. Whenever I would turn it off it would make a weird noise and not turn except a few random times... I asked a friend who said I had a bad hard drive. Now my computer is really slow so I restarted it only the problem is it was loading but theres a white screen and a picture of a folder and in the middle and then a question mark appears inside the folder... Any help how to fix it?
