Get yourself a good quality sheet of window tint. Make sure you clean your window 2 or 3 times, leaving no residue. Go over it with a utility razor, scraping it clean while wet to get any clinging dirt, and wash it again. Cut the film to the desired size using paper templates. When you install the film, use plenty of the recommended soap/water mix (or whatever adherent the manufacturer recommends), and squeegee it out real good to remove any air pockets. DON'T do it in the sun! After it dries, only wash with clear water - never use Windex. Good luck!

Pay to have it done. The Neon has very curvy windows, and that makes it hard to get the tint to lay down without creasing or bubbling. Window tint is very much a pain in the a$$ to work with and have a nice looking job when done. pay the $200 bucks and be happy, not embarrassed with a crappy bubble filled window.

Window film from Home Depot. But you could get arrested for concealing the inside of your car. Free country, ain't it?

Easiest way? With a big black permanent marker. Is this the best way? Probably not.
