在日文中不是有很像的音嗎?
例如:
" ta" 和 " da"
" to" 和 " do"
" te" 和 " de"
等一些相似的音

但為什麼有時聽日本人說或唱歌時他們的發音幾乎都是發
" da" "do " " de"
是我聽錯了嗎?
明明字是寫 " ta" " to" " te"
為什麼啊?

話題人物「許純美」成了貶損他人名譽的代名詞！台北縣兩名髮廊員工口角，其中一人說對方「學佛學到那裡去了，跟許純美有什麼不同？」被檢察官依公然侮辱罪起訴。
許純美目前人不在國內，所以不知她對此事會作何反應。
法界人士指出，公然侮辱必須以帶有貶抑他人名譽的字眼指述對方，才構成犯罪，但最近因為特定社會事件，讓一些原本中性的名詞也被引伸為貶抑甚至解讀為罵人的字眼。
以中性名詞形容他人而引起訴訟的例子，最常見的就是罵人「共產黨」。法界人士指出，共產黨僅是一個政黨的名稱，但在國內因為國情背景特殊，「共產黨」三個字就成為貶抑他人名譽的話，檢方曾經起訴過類似案件。不過，中性語詞是否成為罵人的話，要視個案及當事人感受與社會觀感而定。
去年父親節，永和市永貞路的傑比髮廊負責人朱勵恆將店面頂讓給鍾姓男子繼續經營，並改名為「林麗髮型造型坊」，但因為簽約與租金等債務沒有談妥，引發糾紛；朱勵恆多次帶員工到店內搬走美髮器材。
鍾姓男子於是一狀告上法院，控告朱勵恆及另外三名女員工涉嫌強制、恐嚇、公然侮辱及誹謗等罪嫌，其中前員工黃莉婷在隨朱前往髮廊時，曾與店內一位葉姓員工口角，並指著葉說「學佛學到那裡去了，跟許純美有什麼不同？」
檢察官調查時傳喚當時現場其他員工作證，證明黃莉婷確有說這句話，檢察官認為此舉確實有公然侮辱之嫌，昨天起訴黃莉婷；朱勵恆則因進入髮廊後拒絕離去，被依強制罪起訴。
不過，檢察官並未在起訴書中說明，為何指摘他人「學佛學到那裡去了，跟許純美有什麼不同？」是貶損他人名譽，因而涉嫌公然侮辱罪。
