消除黑眼圈
形成的原因，是因為眼眶部位的眼皮顏色較暗所呈現的外觀。它與眼皮本身的色素多寡、眼皮內的血管血流顏色、以及光線投射方向等因素有關。

Remove the Dark Circle
Formative reason is because the eyelid color of the eye socket part is darker present of appearance. It has something to do with afferent blood color, and ray in the dye amount, eyelid of the eyelid projecting the direction waiting for factor.

☆形成 [黑眼圈]的原因
＊過度疲勞﹕當過度疲勞且休息不足時，由於自主神經失調，血管血流循環不暢，引起眼輪匝肌及眼瞼皮膚的靜脈血流鬱塞。因為靜脈血的顏色較暗，所以呈現在眼皮的就是暗灰色的眼圈。

☆避免黑眼圈形成的秘訣
(1)睡眠充足、適度運動，維持良好新陳代謝。
(2)每天喝一杯蕃茄汁或胡蘿蔔汁，維生素A可以消除眼睛疲勞。
(3)不要吃太多鹽，造成眼睛浮腫。
(4)早晚用眼霜由內向外眼角骨方向，呈畫圓圈方式用指腹輕輕按摩眼框周圍
(5)多看遠處綠色樹值物，以消除疲勞。
(6)因為熬夜造成黑眼圈，用熱水與冷水交替敷眼，可以在短時間內改善黑眼圈 的狀況。

(1)The sleep is ample and appropraitely exercises, maintaining the good metabolism.
(2)Drink a glass of tomato juice or the carrot juice everyday, the vitamin A can remove the eyestrain.
(3)Don\'t eat too many salts, cause the eyes anasarca.
(4)Sooner or later use the eye benefits by the introverted outside eye Cape bone direction, present to draw the circle method to use to point the stomach to massage the eye frame lightly surroundings
(5)See green tree in distant place value thing more, to remove the fatigue.
(6)Because sit up to cause black rim of eye, use the hot water and cold water to alternately spread the eye, can improve the black rim of eye within a short time of condition.

◎如何預防肩頸痛

英文裡的形容詞比較級和副詞的比較級用法有一點不同
例如: John is taller than Jill.是用形容詞比較級,因為句子裡的主要動詞是BeV, 形容詞是修飾人的狀態
如果是John sings songs more sweetly than Jill.是用副詞比較級,因為句子裡的主要動詞是一般動詞sing, 副詞是修飾動作的程度
但是有一些動詞是很特別的像是聯繫動詞(Linking verb)-seem, look, appear...後面加的是形容詞
例如: John looks happy.
如果我要說John 看起來比 Jill更高興應該怎麼說才是正確的?
是 John looks happier than Jill. (用形容詞比較級)
還是 John looks more happily than Jill. (用副詞比較級)
