I was a Filipino Citizen but this week I received my british passport.I am for Holiday in US by November for 16 days only. Thompson agency told me that all british passport issued after october 25, 2005 will need a US Visa. But when I phoned in US embassy to book myself for an interview, they told me that I don't need US visa anymore. All I need is just a waiver. Now I am confused what to do because I heard from a friend that there was once a Filipino with a british passport as well that traveled in US for holiday and when he arrived US airport, he was deported immediatedly in UK. Now I dont know what to do. I want to get a US visa to prevent this thing to happen to me but the US embassy won't allow me to have one because they said that I dont need a Visa anymore. Please answer my question. I am living in UK for 5 yrs and 8 months. Last August 8, 2006, I just attended an oath taking as a british Citizen here in wales,UK. And now I just had my british passport.

Hi there,

I'm going to meet a friend is the Baja CA area this weekend and I need help planning travel from the El Monte area (there is a Metro station and major Bus station in El Monte) down to the San Diego/Mexico (Tijuana) border. I want to travel by rail most of the way and hopefully transfer to local area (SD) trolley/bus-lines. Can anyone help me plan this trip fairly quickly or point me in the right direction? I want to apply for a U.S. tourist visa..i learned that one of the requirements would be to show sufficient funds to cover expenses in the U.S...I do'nt know what to do since i'm still 17 years old and my family can't show proof of funds that we could finance my travel expenses since the one who will cover my expenses will be a cousin who's working in the U.S... does it mean that i can't have my visa since i cant show them the proof that i could cover all my travel expenses?... my cousin has told me that she'll answer all the expenses...

Highway 52 by the landfill (between 805 and 15) seems to have the most, but I've also seen them on the 8. The splash patterns usually go forward - not backward like they would if they were just accidental spills from a moving vehicle.
