many times, better for business meetings than party.
Catamarin, it's sister hotel, is much better suited for parties,
or the boat that goes between them

i've never heard of it.

hotel del has great food and does large parties

tom ham's lighthouse downtown (by the airport on the water) is where my sister had her 1st wedding - it was really nice, but pricey

we looked at the grand hotel in the gas lamp district for my other sister's wedding - beautiful, but outside was covered in pigeon poop, so no outside party

balboa park can handle parties - you'll have to go to their information center if it's a big one

j street marina

there are a lot of good places in sd, but i have never heard of the bahia, and i lived there 23 years if that tells you anything about it.
