Is it possible to spend over night at san diego amtrak station? from midnight to 5 am morning.

As long as you don't sleep. They try to kick the sleepers out (they're usually bums). there is some patrol, but I wouldn't count on it. I wouldn't stay there alone, nor would I stay there is I was with another female. Only if youa re a guy and with another dude. It's not like you will get shot, maybe just bothered. At least with someone else you won't think about it too much. But yeah, no sleeping allowed.

As long as there are no loitering or vagrancy laws, you will be fine. Otherwise, you could spend the night in jail. It's best to check with Amtrak first.

That is not a nice area, I wouldn't even try it. For about $20 you could stay at the youth hostel. (You don't actually have to be young to stay there.) Don't you have anyone who would put you up for the night?

No. You'll have to find a nice patch of sidewalk on C Street / Kettner Blvd. with about 100 other people.

It could be dangerous unless there are police or security guards around. Don't go to sleep!
