United States - October 2007

I have 10 days to spend in Miami! I was thinking of 5 days staying near South beach, 3 nights in Ft Lauderdale and a couple of nights in the Keys.

Does any body have any opinions on this, are some places better than others?

my family will be going to LA next year. i'm looking for a hotel where 5 adults can fit into one room.

I heard that there is a motel(??) close to Santa Monica. that one has a big room with a kitchen, and 5 people can easily fit. but i don't know the name or anything...

any information would help. Also, since i'll be driving, suburb of LA is fine with us, and free parking would help us save $$$!! thanks in advance

If anyone has stayed that the American best value inn in geneva ny. I read the reviews and some say its nice for the price but alot also say it it dirty. anyone stay there before and also were going to the casino in farmington ny. anyone been there before? This question may seem a little farfetched because it lacks detail, but I'll give it my best shot. You see, I have a memory of a long time ago when I was a child (about 5 or 6, I'm 17 now btw) of walking down this small street around christmas time. Infact I think it was Christmas eve. Anywho, there was a bunch of really small shops, and most of them were closed because me and my family were walking around really late. I remember it was cold out and we were all bundled up walking down this street just looking at these little shops. I remember this like it was yesterday, I just don't remember where these shops were... I asked my parents and they said they don't know it might have been Dade City... but I want to go back to this place this holiday season cause I remembered I loved it as a kid... does anyone have the slightest clue of what shops these may be? They were mostly antique shops if I'm not mistaken. Sorry for the lack of details =P

I'm going to Las Vegas for vacation with other family members. I was going to spend my b-day there but the tickets and other factors make it impossible.

If I'm one or two weeks away from turning 21, would they allow me to gamble or even walk into the casinos? Or would they be soo strict that I have to be at least on my birthday in order to gamble or walk in?
