This question may seem a little farfetched because it lacks detail, but I'll give it my best shot. You see, I have a memory of a long time ago when I was a child (about 5 or 6, I'm 17 now btw) of walking down this small street around christmas time. Infact I think it was Christmas eve. Anywho, there was a bunch of really small shops, and most of them were closed because me and my family were walking around really late. I remember it was cold out and we were all bundled up walking down this street just looking at these little shops. I remember this like it was yesterday, I just don't remember where these shops were... I asked my parents and they said they don't know it might have been Dade City... but I want to go back to this place this holiday season cause I remembered I loved it as a kid... does anyone have the slightest clue of what shops these may be? They were mostly antique shops if I'm not mistaken. Sorry for the lack of details =P

I imagine it could have been a number of towns in Pasco County.
But this is an awesome question, memories of a town that have stayed with you all these years. I can identify with that so much.

I found Dade City's website and it looks like a charming but Small city. And, interestingly enough it is well-known for it's antique shops.
From their website:
Dade City is noted for its beautiful historic district and the multitude of antique and gift shops.

You might care to look at the site yourself:

If your parents were staying in Dade City or a town thereabouts, it shouldn't be too difficult to find.
Dade City is not very big. A population of some 6,600 only.
Good luck, I really hope you find this town from your childhood memories.

If your parents said it may be Dade City I would agree. Dade city is an historical district north of Tampa. It has many shops along 7th St and many are still antique shops. During the holidays they decorate the street and shops and have car shows , Parades and other fun events. Here is the area: http://maps.yahoo.com/;_ylc=X3oDMTExNmIycG51BF9TAzI3MTYxNDkEc2VjA2ZwLWJ1dHRvbgRzbGsDbGluaw--#lon=-82.189128&lat=28.364705&mag=3
