If anyone has stayed that the American best value inn in geneva ny. I read the reviews and some say its nice for the price but alot also say it it dirty. anyone stay there before and also were going to the casino in farmington ny. anyone been there before? Were doing a wine tour on saturday and wondering if anyone can recommend a place to eat or just for night life.

I have stayed in that area a few times and it's not exactly great for hotels. Your choice probably is as good as any, if you are interested in saving a little money. I think there's a chain hotel down on the lake front, but you'd have to pay a bit more for it.
Finger Lakes Race Track isn't exactly the MGM Grand when it comes to casinos. I'd head for the lakefront in Canandaigua and look for some place to eat there. Nightlife probably is a problem unless you go to Rochester or Syracuse.
