I am arranging a 2-3 day Miami trip for my Parents from India who are visiting me in Gainesville, FL. Can anyone recommend any bus tours or trips for things they can do in Miami. Not looking for those hotch potch trips where they combine 2-3 places in a single day for 40-50 bucks. Looking for quality elaborate tours, not so much quantity. Also those that offer lunch/dinner as a part of the trip. Would be particularly interested in the everglades, miami city and/or fort lauderdale

We're moving from Texas to Virginia and really don't have much furniture, but too many boxes to just move ourselves. Is there a company that is inexpensive, but still trustworthy?

I am staying at the Maswik Lodge, which is inside the park. So do I still need to pay the $25 entrance fee into the park? Thank you.

We are trying to plan a vacation for sometime during the winter break. Since that time of year will be more expensive then we need something affordable but fun. We may possibly be traveling with a 3 year old as well so we would like to have some sort of child care/activity options. We live in Kansas City so flying might be the only option for a real change of scene. We have also considered going on a cruise but that would involve getting passports sometime soon. We have been going back and forth with ideas for months and cannot decide on what sounds best. I though I would see if anyone has suggestions as to what might work best for us. We are looking for something with a lot of activities or sightseeing, a good night life, culture, and (hopefully) some museums or attractions of that sort. We would not rule out camping (somewhere warm obviously) but if we stay in a hotel it should be nice. Beachy locals are a plus, but we would look into anything worthwhile.

The reason I ask this is because of Brad Paisley's song, "Online" which says
"The only time I've/ever even been to LA/is when I got the chance/with the marching band/to play tuba in the Rose Parade"

I know there's a Rose Parade in Portland, OR but is there one in LA as well?

Rally towels are good for player morale, they're good for the overall excitement of the game. A lot of teams in other cities hand them out to fans during playoff games, but never in Boston. Why not in Boston?

The biggest argument is that the towels will wind up on the field/court/ice...but they never have this problem with fans in other cities, do they?

(answers from Yankees fans not accepted).

i like snow because right where i live now -southern california- doesn't give me my desire of having a white christmas. so i want to move to a state where it's snowing moderately but not so much that it's violent. im young so i want a state that has a lot of jobs available and housing is cheap, 300k or so. and i don't want to live in a big city but a quiet, cozy small town near a big city.

I would like to find an affordable townhome or condo that is within 30 min drive to Newark airport. I would love to find a town with charm, stores, restaurants, close to a mall or a home depot but yet has a nice safe quiet charm to it. Please send me your suggestions. What towns in New Jersey are nice and suburban but arent in the middle of nowhere, and are still affordable. We are a young couple starting out.
