I am going this weekend and I am curious to know what is still going on. This is my first time back since the storm. Let me know if you have any good ideas on food and things to see/do. Also- does La Freniere Park in Metairie look good? Are there still tons of birds there?

Can I know of some towns? GUIDELINES: If its in California-->near LA, san diego, or palo alto If its in Maryland/Virginia-->Near DC If its in New York-->Near NYC If its in England-->Near London. If its in Connecticut-->Near Stamford. If its in Massachusetts-->Near Boston I'm looking for towns with big houses with lots of land. The land is more important. I am going to Colorado springs this weekend. I'm looking for a hotel / motel that has both an indoor pool, but also has a restaurant? The indoor pool is more important. Location in the springs isn't the most important thing. Any help would be appreciated.
