I've been reading about the Flamingo and am looking at staying there for 6 nights in Sep/October. At this stage I can't find a good price for those dates, even on the Flamingo's webpage these dates are not available to book yet. Does this mean they are going to be closed down by then, or is it just that they haven't released the rooms for those dates yet because it's so far away?
Also, what's the cheapest room rate anybody has got for this hotel and when was it?

I'm going to New York with a friend of mine over Spring Break. And instead of going to all the touristy places like the Statue of Liberty and Central Park, we want to do almost weird things!
