I am planning on moving to Vegas in the next year or so. My boyfriend is a huge poker player and we're hoping he someday makes us millions!! :) Anyways, we are looking to move somewhere more in the suburbs because we of course plan on having kids. We would like a nice neighborhood but of course until we have the millions ;) we are looking for something reasonable. Not sure which area's or cities to begin looking for places in!! Can someone help?? Much appreciated.

I live in Northern Mississippi and I have a husband and a 3 year old. We want to drive to our destination so it has to be close. We want to go somewhere that we've never been. My husband has been to gulf shores and I've been to the mountains and Pensacola, FL. I thought about going to new orleans but with a 3 year old I'm not sure. Any more suggestions?

I know this may sound a bit ethnic, but actually I'm a single 30 year old white male, and I'm very much attracted to European-style Nordic women (slim physique, light coloured skin, coloured eyes and straight light coloured hair). I know that America doesn't have the same percentage of these women as in Britain or Scandinavia, but which big American cities with its suburbs has the highest percentages of Nordic women?

To make myself clearer: In which big cities in USA will a guy find slim single women of Scandinavian, British and Dutch origin?

Only serious answers please; for there is no room for joking here.

I have to walk in the evening from the 6 line to 89th and 1st Ave. Is this a safe walk? If so, what is the more interesting street - shopping, restaurants, etc... to walk down 86th or 89th?

Thanks!!!!!

I will be visiting and only have two nights at a resort, and would like to see the city. Don't want to hire a tour guide and definately don't want an escort. Maybe there is someone who would like to show me around for a night - on me? Not a weirdo, just your run-of-the-mill hottie, looking to see the city from a local.

I'm planning on moving to Seattle this fall, living in the area for a year to gain residency, and then going to a college the next fall (getting the in-state tuition rate). What are the best schools in Seattle as far as selectivity? My fields of interest lay in english and writing, photography, fashion design, digital design (Photoshop), and french. What are the best schools according to my interests?

I've been reasearching University of Washington, and I'm thinking about applying. My GPA is 3.2 and I have an ACT composite score of 28 (30 on English portion). Do you think I'll get in? Consider I'll be taking a year off to work full-time. Also, does the school require you to live in dorms the first year?

Also, is there a difference between "University of Washington" and "Washington State University?" Which is the better school, Seattle University or UW? Does UW have a good art program? What is the best art school in Seattle?

Also, will I be able to manage living in Seattle car-less?
