Any suggestions on keeping a three year old cooled down in Disney World in July?

We have been to DW so many, many times, but never in the summer months. We don't plan of visiting the parks during the daytime, but it is still hot in the evenings. Any parents out there been there recently with a little one? If so, what did you do to keep the child as cool as possible so he could enjoy himself somewhat.

What's there to do in Arkansas?

why are people from new york so mean?

Don't get me wrong, I have met some very, very , very nice people from ny but every once in a while the ruddest people i have ever dealt with are from ny they think their sh*t don't stink, and for no reason sometimes they just go off!!!!
