What size do you consider a city? Natchez, Ms is very unique. So are Charleston and Savannah. Most any city in Wyoming or Alaska fits your criteria.

well it depends on is this city in the U.S or out of the country. Jamaica is still non- commercial. and when i say Jamaica i mean like Ochios Rios or Negril, not Kingston. other wise the British Virgin Islands are still not real Americanized. i do not know any place in the U.S also check out some place's in rural Canada

Eureka Springs Arkansas...do the research before going.
If you really check into it before going and plan ahead, it can be a wonderful experience...I live in Texas but I've been there a few times, and hope to go back.
