i am currently travelling around australia for a year. one of the main things i want to do while here is the whitsundays and fraser island. at the moment i am in brisbane. i have a camper van and am travelling the whole way around oz. where would be the best and cheapest place to stop off to book the trip

I don't understand Australian Accent. I have an Aussie friend who I met last year and I've been talking to him a lot lately on phone but the thing is I don't understand the accent completely. I can catch some stuff but not everything. I feel bad when he's talking and I don't understand and I just have to reply with a SURE !! How can I understand the Aussie accent better? First the Don Imus case,because he called a team of girls hoes and he was fired people,said its because of hip hop music,pop and rock music called people hoes and bitches too.Now the Cho Seung case i go on youtube and there is some idiot pointin a finger at 50 cent,like hip hop is the worste force in the world
