It depends how long you are prepared to drive for in one day. The speed limit in Australia is 100km/h except in western NSW and South Australia where it is 110km/h and the Northern territory where it is 130.

Presuming you want to stop and look at things along the way.
Adelaide to Canberra, about 1200km. Comfortably in two days
Canberra to Sydney - 3 hours
Sydney to Brisbane - 1000km. take two days.
Brisbane to Townsville - about 1600km. two days at least
Townsville to Mt Isa - two days
Mt Isa to Alice Springs two to three days
Alice to Adelaide - at least two days.

If you are prepared to drive long distances and at night then you can cut down the driving time but you will want to see a few things on the way. I have driven Adelaide to Sydney in one go many times, it's 1400km, but the last time I took three days and stopped at some delightful places along the way. take your time and enjoy it.

A word of warning in western Queensland and the Northern Territory. If it is a choice between you getting off the road and a road train getting off the road, don't argue - let the road train have the bitumen.

I travelled a lot by campervan in australia myself. If you're out for distances only, use sites like
http://www.whereis.com/whereis/directions.do
and estimate the necessary driving time yourself by using an average speed of 90-100 km/h.

Because there are so many sights to look at on your way while driving from one of your mentioned destinations to another one, your question about "driving time" seems to be rather theoretical to me. It's not worth hurrying when you travel! Take your time and enjoy the sights!

welcome to the grey nomads. enjoy your trip.
adelaide to act - going thru the outback would take 2-3 days. act to bne - thru the outback would take 2-3 days. bne to tvlle would take 1 full day - depending if you wish to stop on the way say rockhampton half way. tvlle to mt isa - one day. mt isa to alice - 2 days. alice to adelaide - 2 full days.

I like your choice in towns to stop. cheers
