I was in Indiana last month and just at the airport and seems everywhere people are a lot friendlier than anywhere I've been before. Kokomo In. motel clerk, resturants ect...I attended my best friends funeral and as sad as I was seems people just made me feel so much better. Is it me or are they a lot more friendlier there, even in Russiaville In. seems the people are just less stressed or something . Does anyone else feel that way about Indiana or is it me. Please give me some feedback.

I'll go to the Emirates next summer incha'alla and I'll spend two weeks over there. I know how much a ticket would cost, and I found a pretty affordable hotel (like 200 dirhams a day) just a place to sleep, but it doesn't offer any breakfast , lunch or dinner. Also I do not plan on renting a car.

How much, on estimate, do you think I will spend on food every day+ taxi (cab, not going too far) + other miscellaneous expenses (I'm not going as a tourist to discover the intersting places, I'm just spending 2 weeks hanging out with my high school friends)

I'm taking my boyfriend's 16 year old cousin (from Ohio) out to San Francisco. But I'm tight on money, so we're taking a train up there. I need help on the best ways to get around by foot. I plan on taking her down Embarcadero...(Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Musee Mechanique, Ghirardelli Square, etc.) what else is nearby that we can show her? And the best way to get there? Lately this has been happing to me alot, I'm driving along with my toddler in the back seat. enjoying the nice sunny day with the window down and I pull up behind someone who is smoking a cigarette! The smell fills my car, I roll up the window and I can still smell it. I do not want to be exposed to second hand smoke in my own car! Especially with my son. I do not think smoking whould be allowed while driving. besides causing second hand smoke it also is hazordous in other ways. being distracted while lighting the cigarette, creating litter when people carelessly throw them out the window. What is your opinion on the matter? and smokers don't freak out and say I can smoke in my own car if I want. Yes, but when it is endangering the life of others it should be outlawed! As well as talking on the phone while driving.

I have a suitcase, and a duffle bag. The duffle bag I know is under 50 lbs but is full and my suitcase is so heavy I'm scared it's over 50 lbs? The thing is, I do have another small duffle bag packed in my suitcase, I could take that out along with some other stuff and use that as a second carry on (along with my laptop) but this will be kind of difficult since i am taking the bus to the airport.

If I do have to pay more I don't mind, but I don't want to have to ramble through my luggage. Help? I'd appreciate suggestions thanks.

I heard that when it gets flushed it gets sucked out and dumped in the air out of the plane and that's why you hear that loud vacuum sound when you flush while the plane is flying.. is that true? if it is, does it mean that it could be raining **** on people's heads without knowing?

Okay, I am coming from Wisconsin to visit. yippee right? Okay well, I have a few questions. I want to do my engagement pictures there on the beach and we will be staying in Orlando or Daytona at a Timeshare. Now, my photographer is based in Orlando. Where is the best beach or place that easy to drive to to get the best sunset and pictures on the beach? How far is Anna Maria Island from Orlando? How far is Sarasota from Orlando? How about any other place that would be really pretty? I love the ocean and can't wait to see it again. Any help you could give me is appreciated. Also, where would be the best place to go? We have been to Naples, Ft.Myers, Marco, Sanibel and South Beach/Miami. We have been to the keys. I just want a setting with palm trees, tropical and the best sunset place. Please help a northerner!
