I am applying to Beijing/Peking University for my Master's next year. I am also headed to Beijing this summer to study Mandarin. I need info on Puerto Rico Real Estate for Vacation Property.?

My family would like to purchase a condo or townhouse in Isla Verde or Loiza to use as a vacation home when we go to Puerto Rico. We have family there but they are not in the metro area. Please let me know of any recommendations as I would like to rent to other tourists when we are not using it. Also, are there property taxes like in the US? Besides the mortgage payment what other monthly payments can we expect? How is the insurance?

Any advice for someone moving to a small town?

The town I'm in now has about 300,000 people in it, the town I'm moving to has only about 7,000 people. I've never lived anywhere else but where I'm at now & in 2 days I'm moving to a new place. I just wondered if people will be much differant? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You!!
