Hi, I'm renting a limo for airport pick-up and a 20% gratuity fee is already included in the cost quoted. In this instance, do I still have to tip the driver? Thanks!

If the 20% is included in the bill, then you do not need to tip the driver. 20% is what we recommend as a tip, they're not required to tip 20% though, some of our clients tip more, some less but most of them tip the recommended amount. And the entire amount of the tip we receive is included in the driver's paycheck.

Honestly the driver is probably getting a minimum salary plus the included tip. It is very very common for people to tip more than the price of the limos. The thing you are not aware of and would not be aware of.... if the limo company did not have one of their limos available for your evening they will farm it out. Which means they will use another limousines car or their services. Its something that is very common and happens all the time. If that is the case, the original company keeps the gratuity as the booking fee. so the driver is only getting his hourly rate. If he does a good job, give him a tip. Dont forget his work day starts way before your 4 hours and ends longer than that. Who knows how far the limo is kept prior to where your wedding is. Have the best wedding!!!!

20 % Thats a rip-off, considering the city just raised fares.
if its already included, that means the limo company will keep 10% and the driver will get only 10 %
