is it better to fly to manila then find flight to cdo or is it better to get them all at once. when is best time to go and best place to find tickets. am planning on march 31st to april 15th. also would it be better to rent apartment or stay in hotel for those times?

I am from the US, will be in the middle east this january, and considering traveling to Cyprus.

-Is Cyprus worth the visit at that time of year?
-Am I allowed into North Cyprus?
-will people understand English, or will i be totally lost?
-is it warm enough for going swimming in the ocean?

Also, I am not the kind of person who is interested to touristy things, or shopping or nightclubs. I'd like to hike around, or maybe rent a bicycle. any suggestions?

I've been awaiting 3 small packages (2 from US and 1 from hong kong) for the last 3 weeks. How come its taking so long? It never takes THIS long!!!!! Im certain its gone missing, or a postman has stolen it. If theres any postmen/women out there, do u 'take' peoples post?
