Air Canada from Toronto to Los Angeles, Air Tahihi Nui to Tahiti. If you are fortunate this journey will take about 15 hours included changing planes in Los Angeles.

You sure can't get there by boat and a plane isn't going to go in a straight line on a planet shaped like a globe. It will take a great circle route, which happens to be the shortest route.
