There isn't a shortage of beautiful women in ANY city in Brazil!
Here are my top 3 cities:
1-Porto Alegre (Rio grande do SUL)
2- Goiania, Goias
3-Sao Paulo, SP
but I must admit that I haven't been to Floripa yet, and I hear it's a must visit in terms of women.
Although, some people may say RIO, I would not agree. I do, however, believe that the "carioca" women are a lot more "quente" than the regions.
In short, I suggest that you spend a little time in each city, and make your own decision.

I have been to ALL the main Brazilian cities, outside it was 34 to 42 degrees, when you see ALL the women, your inside temp go up to 134 to 142 degrees !
