I am from America and I wanted to know why all you Brits say Scousers are thieves and scroungers?. Does this mean ALL Liverpool people are seen as thieves and scroungers?. I would also like to hear the input from the people of Liverpool themselves.

I recieved this e-mail today, and I don't know who it's from. Maybe I can find out if it's spam or not if I can get somebody to translate. I don't have my dictionary with me for a few days, so I am really hacing trouble forming words when I can't understand practically any of the Kanji.
