I lived in Singapore between 2001 to 2005. Im now in Canada as a PR. I miss Singapore. Compare to the city where I am right now, I would say Singapore is much more convinient, clean, safe and peaceful. The weather is warm but it is never better if you are freezing your butt seven months in a year as what we get in Canada.
I will give Singapore 8.
