Its my birthday in January and as I have always wanted to go to Tunisia, my fella said he'd take me as my present. I'm looking at Skanes and want to know if it will be warm.

The other day Enric Corbero of www.virtourist.com came to visit and we talked for about 4 hours mainly about traveling. One of the things, which cropped up in conversation was that I said I liked visiting villages better than famous places, but Enric said he thought famous places were more interesting that’s why they were famous. I think I like villages because you can discover something in a village that you can never find on the internet. You can look up a famous place on the internet and find photos and lots of information, whereas a small village is full of surprises. What do you think?

Ive always found my city to be different from the rest of England and have heard a few say its a state in itself, different from the rest of the UK. Watching Cracker last night someone said they are not American they are a New Yorker, I said to my dad thats what they say about Liverpool, different from the UK and he didnt have a clue what I was on about!!!!
Its hard not to find someone with an Irish name and heritage here. Whats is your opinion, being a non-scouser, is it just the same or are we a little different from everyone else?

Also I have found that not many scousers ever supoort England too, maybe for the same reason?

I'm traveling with my hubby and two sons next Monday. We're flying from Calgary, arriving in TO at 7:45 pm at terminal 1, then flying out of terminal 2 headed to Orlando at 8:55pm. I'm concerned about the connection time - is 70 minutes long enough to change terminals, retrieve our baggage from the first flight, go through US customs and be on the plane in time for the second flight?? Has anyone personally taken this flight in the past and can offer advice?
Thanks!

I am taking a road trip from Philly to Montreal in November with some old college friends. We are all in our mid to late 20's so we are more concerned with nightlife and being near the bars, etc. Does anyone know a good affordable hotel in downtown Montreal. We are looking to pack the 4 of us in one room and don't care about how nice it is, just affordable and LOCATION is important. Also, since we are driving.....off street parking or a hotel with a parking garage would be great! Any help would be appreciated.......Thanks.
