I am headed to Vegas during the 3rd week of October with a few friends we are all female and in our mid to late 20's. We are trying to plan a night that includes dinner at a somewhat "swanky" moderately priced restaurant. A place that doesn't require a gown but also requires more than a pair of jeans and a t-shirt for dining attire. We really want to go to a trendy place with good food and good ambience. Type of food is flexible. We will be staying at the Paris so anything close to that would be ideal. Any suggestions?

I plan on taking a trip to Europe in the summer. I will be starting out in Salzburg, Austria, but I pretty much have cart blanche as to where I go from there. I would like to hear from people who have traveled in Europe - what were your favorite places and things to visit? England and Italy are at the top of my list, so if anyone has any "non-touristy" places you loved in either of those countries, I love to hear about them, too.

I'm planning to take a trip, but in order to time things right I'll have to take one airline going over and another airline going back. What kinds of problems will this create? Will I have to pay more for my ticket? Why do people usually take the same airline going both ways?

I'm going to Chicago next weekend and wondering if smoking in Chicago bars or clubs are illegal or not. I've got asthma so it is of some concern to me. Thanks!

I am trying to research areas to live that are close to museums, theater, art shops, close to a college, and most of all a place of with lots of culture. Does anyone know of any good ideas or even a website of which i could put in what i am looking for? Place with not so hot summers, moderate winters, lots of outdoors activities and close to the arts...a place where an artist could thrive.

I'm going to Bangok solo in November and need suggestions for a good, but affordable, hotel in Bangkok. I prefer the hotel to be close walking distance to the skytrain, places to eat, and shopping areas. I'd really like to be near the Siam Center area. Any suggestions? I've stayed in the JW Marriott before several times, but want something less expensive this time, preferably less than $100/night.
