It's ok, I stay a lot at the Citystate Tower which is further down the same street, there's a whole bunch of hotels around the same area which charge about the same. If you want a good meal, go to Juri's on del Pilar, and for bozze and fun, walk 30 mtrs further to Amazonia bar, otherwise there are some good little restaurants hidden away, in fact the Munchen Pub, right across the road from the Citystate does a great Goulash, and also has a 4 course menu for 5 usd. It's a small dark place but it's been around forever. You're also only a 5 minute walk from Robinsons mall, where you'll find all sorts of stuff, as usual in a huge mall.

Yes, Tequilla Mike is right. But then, be sure to bring with you your umbrella because it's rainy season. Actually there's a typhoon again.
