There is a commuter rail that runs between Providence RI and Boston MA, but not that late at night. I have included the link so that you may have a look at the schedule yourself: http://trip.mbta.com/cgi-bin/itin_page_dhtml.pl

I thought Amtrak ran all night, but I just looked at the schedule and the first train from Providence is at 7:04AM and the last is at 7:17PM:

I thought that the bus would be the last viable option, but in checking Peter Pan Bus schedule, I see that the first one of the day is at 5AM, and the last at 10:30PM!

The only other option I can think of is to hire a limousine.I had to take one from the Providence airport once, late at night. The cost is about $100.
