For a tourist. Please don't give me some long cut and paste. I'd like a simple answer based on personal experience. Ten years ago I crossed the border into Canada with only a New York State Driver's license but I've heard that since 2001 you now need a passport. Thanks in advance.

If you've ever been to Las Vegas then you know you can't walk 1 block without somebody handing out some flyer with a picture of some provacative looking girl and a phone number. They all say that they are for private dancers that come directly to your room and give you or you and friends (whoever's there)a private strip show.

I've always wanted to know if those girls are strippers who are open to prostitution for the right price. I know prostitution is illegal in clark county, but It just seems to me that the streets arn't littered with flyers of girls who come out to just "dance" with you.

I am not asking whether it is illegal or not because thats clear, I'm asking if anybody knows whether a majority of these girls are really prostitutes and are just circumventing the law by posing as private dancers. It's just something I've always been curious about and hopefully somebody here can help me out with the anwswer. Thanks.

I have found the New York state drivers license of a person. How do I contact him? There is an address on the card. It would excellent if I can get the person's number.

What I mean by Question is that why are Indians so fond of people with fair skin?

Thye are so fond of fair skin that they much rather marry or even have relationship with a fair skinned person who is totally wrong for them than a smart Indian boy/girl?

I have noticed this in my many instances. Unfortunately I dont have enough space to write down all the instances.

If an Indian is involved with a fair skinned person he/she thinks they have a prize and however bad the person stick to them like glue.

Now i have NOTHING at all against white people. I just want to understand the thought process or lack thereof in this scenario.

My opinion is that deep inside their soul Indians still think white people are superior to them because of the 150 plus years of British rule in India. No one will obviously admit to this, but maybe sublimanly this is possible.

I am Indian myself and am not bring Indians down in any way.

Let me know your opinions

Any one is welcome to answer

Don't you find it annoying that you have to drive for like 20 minutes to find what you call a Beer Store?
What's up with that? We visited Peterborough and had to go like 1/2 an hour to a beer store to get some beer. How sad is the fact that you don't serve beer in local stores?

I dont want my boss to see the liquor when they check my bag at security. I am over 21, and it will be in my carry on bag (one of two bags...not my laptop bag, but my bag with clothes).

Should I take a bottle? Or should I fill up a 20oz water bottle and carry it on by hand? It's clear rum..and 20oz is plenty for me.

Hi, I'm relocating to LA from SF. I want to make the best choice for a 1 bedroom apartment. I don't want to be stuck commuting too much, so a central location is best. A few frills are nice too.

I am a Film and TV Editor, so I believe the best choices for post-production are found in Santa Monica, the Burbank area or Hollywood.

I'm not much of a beach guy, more of a nightlife person, I guess. So would the Hollywood Area (Beachwood Cyn, Los Feliz, Silverlake, Echo Park) be best? Or should I go for something like Studio City, Sherman Oaks, NoHo or Burbank? Santa Monica and WeHo seem a bit out of my price range. A Downtown LA Loft would be cool, but I fear the hassle.

Seems like you can get way more bang for the buck in the southern part of the SF Valley and it's not too far from Hollywood. I would rather enjoy parking, A/C, a pool AND be in Hollywood. But these items put a lot of places out of my price range in Hollywood (no more than $1400).

Any ideas and thoughts are welcome.
