Why does the Philippines still have a government when its always corrupt???

If your familiar with Philippine politics, you know its a revolving door of corrupt and fraudulant politicians who steal the countries money for their own benefit. From town mayors,governors,senators,police, and especially the president. Its an epidemic and a way of life their that it defeats the whole purpose of having a government...I think Martial Law should be reinstated but first find a true leader to run the country...If Rizal was alive today, he would be so disgusted with the government.

I want to Immigrate is this a solution?

Am approaching 30yrs, got a stable job as a secretary that pay okay and I feel that i should immigrate and start my life a fresh. I would love to have my immidiate family with me, get an okay job and move on. I have reached a point where nothing exists me much and feel that a new environment altogether will do me more good. what do girls tend to wear in Spain?

I’m going to Madrid in august, for school. I’m trying to pack some of my clothes now, and I’m really confused about what should I take with me? What do Spanish girls tend to wear? How could you describe their style? In my country girls usually dress up, and wear high heels, not all of them but the big majority… but I’m not sure I’ll need those dressy clothes and high-heels shoes in Madrid, actually I’m pretty sure I won’t…
I can only take with me about 20kg, so that’s a problem too…need to take clothes that I would definitely wear over there.
