Going to Thailand with the fam bam in August

We're going to both Bangkok and Phuket but we've already done Bangkok so I have an idea of what I want to do while there.

I was wondering if anyone knew of attractions in Phuket that might amuse a teenager such as myself? (Keeping in mind that I may or may not be accompanied by my 12-year-old sister)

I am an Aussie goin to Canada for 9 months next year to work I was goin to the us (sorry yanks i was told by so many poaple that Canada is a nicer country) but ive changed my mind there is heaps of imformation online about living in the us but nothing about Canada.
i want to know about tipping and stuff from wat ive read u need to tip everywhere in the us is Canada the same, Thats the sort of things im trying to research i want to try and fit in with the locals as much posible I know there are french speakin provinces on the east side but im staying on the english speaking provinces in either Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba or Ontario also i will be working on a farm so ill be in a rural area.

I do... I was at the lax airport waiting for my flight, and this oriental woman and her child aprox. 3years are standing there and the girl kept tugging at her mom and then all of a sudden the mother picks up her daughter and pulls her pants down .. all the way and holds her while she pee's right there! In the middle of a section where there were like 200 people sitting watching... I could not belive my eyes then she picked her up and walked away leaving a mess on the floor which I watched like 100 people step in and slip on.....
That was insanley gross

Don't get me wrong, I have met some very, very , very nice people from ny but every once in a while the ruddest people i have ever dealt with are from ny they think their sh*t don't stink, and for no reason sometimes they just go off!!!! I work in the travel industry and most of our clients are from the east coast

This isn't an attack or criticism about Venice. I've dreamed of going to Venice & being taken on a romantic boat-ride since I was 16 years old... just wouldn't want it to be an unpleasant experience because of a smell.

Someplace exotic, sensual and beautiful. awe-inspiring, relaxing, peaceful but exciting. Adventurous but not too uncomfortable because of the health issues. Minor exercise is okay. Privacy is necessary. Small private pool would be good but not a necessity, if there is such a thing.

If you make a suggestion please include the best time of year to go.

Budget might be up to about $6,000 for 2-4 weeks away. We can have one or several destinations but don't want to wear ourselves out with travel time.
