It is a slogan for a Hill country organization in South Texas called Brush Country Adventures who deals with whitetail deer only. A few i have come up are

1. The hunt is on
2. we got game, do you?
3. your adventure and hunting starts here
4. Extreme hunting to the end

any ideas u have would be great, or tweak mine if u wish :D

There are many rabbits near where I live and also squirrels. I would like to catch a rabbit ideally, or any kind of bird. How can I make a trap that doesn't involve carpentry- hole in the ground, box, wire or rope sort of thing?

I have some 165 grain Remington Extended Range boattails left over and was wondering if they are a good choice for elk. The ballistics are excellent...my main concern is penetration potential. These are discontinued, but does anyone have any experience with these loads. I remember picking them up when I was working at a Shopko and they were going to stop selling ammo so they discounted them, plus I got my employee discount. I think I paid about 8 bucks a box for them and I think I have about three boxes left.

I have heard differing reports on "Posted" land. Some people say that if land is Posted for no hunting then it is posted for everyone, there is no exception for owners or friends of owners. Others have said that "Posted" is just for people you do not know. I am wondering which is right...I have always errored on the side of caution on this subject.

Reason I ask this is my friend with wild bird game hunting. He used buckshot to kill the game ( yes real dam birds) Anyhow I was cleaning the birds. And found pellets in the flesh of the birds. I tried to remove all that I can see. I wonder if there might be a few pellets I could have over looked. And would these pellets be harmful to me or my family. When we cook these birds and eat them. I really need to know. You see I'm mot a hunter nor was I raised around hunter. Thankyou
