I'm not really seeking advice with this question. I already have what need and know that these are both great rifles. I just am curious which of these two you guys prefer. I own a Remington but wouldn't mind having the Winchester. What about you? Which action, model, etc. do you like more. What are the pros and cons of each in your mind?

Thanks for any comments.

What would you recommend for taking down something weighing close to or above 700 lbs? It needs to maintain a high velocity at 100-250 yards, and needs to penetrate deep. I now bolt actions are the most accurate, but I will most likely need to reload fast for another shot.

Don't ask what it's for, just could you please give me a suggestion.

I am trying to locate some more detail information on the firearm. There is no model #, there is just a serial # and I can't find any information on the serial#. If you know where to get that info, I would appreciate some help with that too. What ever information you have will be much appreciated.

My brother-in-law has big and small ones. After testing his and asking him about them, I know I don't want to buy one. First, disassembly for cleaning one was a nightmare in the 1990's. My Heckler & Koch P9S is easy to disassemble. My Beretta 92F and SIG "P226" are close behind. My Browning "Hi-Power" is a few notches below them. My gal must help me with my CZ-75 on a bad day. I don't see that anyone can help with a Glock. This is poor design. Next, the plastic frame is too light and enhances recoil. The gun is shaped badly and doesn't point well. I've won quick draw contests with my customized Browning "Hi-Power", but I cannot with a Glock. That trigger-on-a-trigger annoys me. I much prefer the squeeze cocker on the H&K "P7". I wrote "12 Criteria For Choosing A Combat Pistol" and tested many of them. I refuse to use any pistol that scores "F" by one criterion, and the Glock fails several. The Glock's popularity likely shows the power of ads to mold beliefs...like Rolex watches.

Either a P95 By ruger, or a Walther P22 w/laser? you can get either for same price and its your first gun to buy, not shoot. You have maybe about a couple of months shooting.

And you can only choose between one of these. Which one and Why?

just some creative answers to get people's opinion but you cannot choose another......Think as if it really is your fist gun with a cuple of months of practice with a 22.

I wait for your answers thank you....

Neighbor seems to think it is funny to just shoot them and to leave them where they land after shooting them. I myself find it bothersome becuz of him shooting across my backyard onto the property on the other side of my house. Not to mention that my dog has been outside at times when he has done so, fearing that he may strike him as well. I feel that if he wants to do this maybe he should be doing it in the country where it would be safer for everyone. Has also ripped into the siding of my garage because of his poor aiming. I wished there was a way to put a stop to this nonsense. Is costing me money and unneccessary stress. I have tried asking him to please not to this and taking a step further and reporting him..as well as other neighbors. Any suggestions as to what other steps there is to take to end this? I know squirrels are a pain in the backside, but they are also a part of nature that some do enjoy watching
