I'm tryin to clear up a question between me and a few of my buddys. I think that I, as well as most other people can shoot the same off a rest with the same rifle as anyone else can. They seem to believe that you sight a rifle in personally and no one else can shoot as well with it as the person who sighted it in. My brother and I have tested this, I sighted in my rifle and he his, same caliber, we switched rifles and both shot like it was our gun. Hunters and frequent shooters reply only, thank you.

This was given to me and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is. It is 4 1/2 inches long, has a wrist strap, a red button on back, which I can't get to do anything and it appears to have some sort of black metal container on the inside. It also has a belt clip. The only markings on it is the name Remington, no numbers or anything else.

There seems to be some sort of spring mechanism on the side panels, that if the red button worked, they would probably release and open.

What Calibers can take down an African Elephant?

I specifically want to know about the .500 Smith and Wesson and the .460 Smith and Wesson. I've heard the .500 S&W can.

Any Impute on the .50 BMG, .338 Lupua, .454 Casull and the .44 magnum would be excellent too.

Thanks in Advance.

Suppose someone has access to a 80 mm recoiless rifle or 105 mm wire-guided anti-tank rounds. Are those tecnically allowable for hunting?

note that its not AK since it ain't automatic. I seen this wolf and silver bear ammo and its real cheap. Currently I buy bricks of federal to feed my ar and it costs almost double. Is it worthwile to buy a K-47? If I get one i'm thinking about getting one of those norinco chinese types.

I keep my guns with mags loaded but weapon uncharged. I'm a little paranoid and worried about a slamfire condition, especially with that ar-15 firing pin. I'd have a lot of explaining to do under those circumstances. Where do you chamber your guns?

Do you use it for hunting or archery. How often do you change the string? I'm thinking of getting a bow by Ross. Where do you buy yours? Online? At Gander Mountain?

I've put a Adams / Bennett barrel on my 10-22 and it shaves a little lead when it loads and if it isn't super clean it'll jam . I've been using cheap ammo I use the same ammo in a autoloading pistol with out a problem. I was thinking if I put a slight radius at the breach where it loads if that would help. other than that it shoots 1/2 groups at 50 yards 1 1/2 at 100 yards. I know there are some serious shooters out there. Help me out if you can.
