I do exercise everyday, but just wonder if I can do squats everyday without burning my muscles. I have heard that other rules apply for the legs, but just want to make sure.

is it best to land on your heel and roll forward, or land in the mid-foot area, or land on the ball of the foot at the front? i have heard that the way your foot lands when you run can cause shin splints so what is the best way to land so you don't get them?

Humans like the adrenaline rush associated with speed and danger. This is referred to as "Deep Play" when children are playing and need an adrenaline rush, such as playing chicken or running across a railwayline when a train is coming.

However with Steve Irwin being killed in pursuit of a dangerous activity earlier this month, and now Richard Hammond is lying in a hospital with a "significant brain injury" following a 300mph car crash.

Do we now need to find other ways to satisfy our need for adrenaline?

Bowls is a awesome game that i have been playing for 8 years. I am now 18. There is so much to be acheived in the sport. I just wish even more people would take up the sport and more events were televised. Its also the most rewarding and best team sport i have ever played. To play at a high level in bowls is something so enjoyable. Why dont you lot give it a go and meet some of the local young players that play? But stick at it and you will enjoy it!
