I'm now 35 years old. I started skiing when I was about 16. I have skiied in Quebec, New England, the Poconos, WV, and the mountains of NC. My last ski trip before now was 1998. My husband and I came to Utah to visit family and go skiing in Park City. I'm so bummed! I rented skis and the instant I put the boots on, I feel like my quad and calf muscles are under stress (like the wall-sit exercise where your legs start shaking after a while). I skied for about an hour and ended up having to stop every 500 ft or so and the pain in my legs was so intense! I gave up after 3 hours and can barely walk the day after (everyone else went back out today). I used to LOVE skiing, but it just wasn't enjoyable anymore. I could get NO relief from the pain - even when I stopped. I had to lay on the mountain and get off my feet for any relief. Am I just out of shape (I do exercise, but post-baby am 20 lbs heavier)? Is it a new boot design? Are they they that much different now? Any ideas?

Every Sunday, Channel 7 in Miami airs a weekend sports wrap-up show. One of the regulars is Drew Rosenhaus, the sports agent. He usually gives some opinions and then they play "Drew or False" (yeah, horrible pun) where he answers questions from the host.

While Drew may be well informed, what usually happens is that he uses the time to pimp his clients. For example, last season Jason Taylor had phenomenal game against the Cheifs. The host asked Drew if he thought Taylor might be the Dolphins' best defensive player ever. His answer: Taylor is really good, but I have to give that honor to Zack Thomas because he's a client. Or a couple of weeks ago Drew chastized the Dolphins for not releasing Olindo Mare when it was obvious he wasn't going to be their kicker next season. I think he's right, but for him to have that venue every week is clearly a conflict of interest. I only wish I had been watching in 2005 when he was dealing with the whole Terrell Owens fiasco.

So what do you think?

here's the situation people of Yahoo. All winter I've been at home sitting infront of the computer it's when i get real lazy. But now that spring started i started to ride my bike take walks and play soccer alot! My legs are killing me. My mum told me its 'cause that your thigh muscles are ripping, and when they do they'll regrow stronger. If that's true or not, when will the pain go away i can barely stand up :(

My opinion from personal experience is definitely rowing. All you guys who say soccer or baseball are lazy. No time-outs in rowing! You just go all-out for the whole time. And by the way, you already know how to run for baseball (which you hardly do unless batting) and soccer. You're already halfway there. Rowing demands much more than just moving your arms. Please, someone agree with me on this.

This guy is just so much more dominant then anyone else in Supercross it's almost no fun to watch. He crashes a lot and has a wild style of riding, but he as the ability to wipe out, get back up and be back in the lead within a couple of laps.

Who's going to step up and challenge this kid?
