If I go to work and punch my co-worker in the head, chances are I'm going to jail...
But you find at least one fight a week in almost every major sport and nothing happens

If I get caught drinking and driving, chances are I'm going to jail
But if an athlete gets caught drinking and driving they're out on bond before they even set foot in a cell

If I get caught with drugs in my car, I'm going to jail.
But if you're an athlete you can say "its my friends crack pipe" and you're on your way..

If I drive drunk and kill myself, nobody is gonna talk about what a great person I was.
But when Josh Hancock (cardinals) does it, the media makes a huge deal about what a great guy he is, and his parents have the nerve to sue the bar he was at and the owner of the truck he ran into...and nobody sees an issue with this ???

If I cheat in school or at my job, I'm either getting kicked out or fired..but if an athlete does it, they say its "for the good of the game"..

Anyone ???

I'm curious because I'm not from America, but is cheerleading in every school? Is it mainly for public schools or are there teams at private schools too? And can there be teams at middle schools as well?

Any answers are appreciated.

Its sort of like lacrosse but only the stick you use isnt a net but rather a curved peice of plastic or wooden with a deep groove in the center that you catch the ball in. To catch the ball just right you have to catch it right in the groove.

I would just like everyones take on Cleveland Sports. I have been a fan all my life and have never seen a championship team. When will the Browns or Indians win a championship. The tribe is good this year and the browns are threatening to come out of the cellar. Thanks for the input everyone!

I only remember Karl Malone doing it in 2003. It nearly resulted in a championship. Doesn't the prospect of winning a ring in a career defining moment make a paycut worth it? Is money that important. I mean if the season doesn't work out, they can always raise the salary again. I'm surprised more star athletes aren't doing this.

I was thinking a snub nose .38 or the taurus titanium hammerless .357 mag. a .25 just seems too small and I think a revolver would be more reliable.

The problem seems to continue in not only in the NFL but also in the MLB and in other sport groups.

If you could become president of one of the sporting leagues, what ideas/actions would you make to improve the image of professional athletics?
