Start with a minor league team. You can usually call the front office and inquire about singing. Be prepared to send a tape.

If they give you chance, make sure someone video tapes your performance.

Get your video put on DVD, or even put it on YouTube, and begin to contact the front office at a few other local teams.

It takes time, but you have to build up a reputation. Singing at the small-time sporting events will also help you get noticed for other singing opportunities.

This worked for my fiance, who was able to sing at a couple Buffalo Bills games this past year.

I'd imagine you could go to an audition with whichever team / sport you're wanting to sing for. Maybe try and get in on local musical productions like community theatre and have a director or vocal coach recommend you

Once in a while teams have auditions. Give it your best shot at any public function in the area to build up a bit of a reputation.
