But the Media, and people give so much attention towards the boring and wreck filled "sport" of Nascar. why is this ?

This is a great question, because I have no idea.

I just can't get into it, and I don't want to.

I am no fan of Nascar, however let me say that all of the people I have known to have liked Nascar come from a select "type" of people. These are people that are mostly blue collar workers who work with their hands for their livings and/or hobbies who have an intricate interest and understanding of cars and mechanics. With Nascar, they can see their hobby coupled with extreme speed. Knowing how cars work and all of the parts gives you a greater enjoyment of racing like knowing most of the rules of baseball before going to a game.

I also believe that since Nascar is pretty much homogeneous to the USA with the Euros and their Formula 1, it is like "America's" racing and therefore is given more coverage on ESPN, than say Formula 1 that had to let a woman race to spark American interest.

God I haven't any theory, i think of it relatively is extremely uninteresting. around and around they bypass, whoopdie doo. Hockey is far greater powerful, yet you infrequently ever get to work out the video games. i'm no longer a hick so i do in contrast to Nascar
